At Rival Boxing Gear, we are committed to your satisfaction and the quality of your equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Gear
Place the unused items, including all original tags and protective packaging, into a secure shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at an authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned gear for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship out your replacement exchange within 5-7 business days.
